Valentine with Piaget

Once upon a time in the Sakina Paris Haute Couture atelier, a sophisticated dress has been designed and hand sewed with delicate details. The dress for the Mademoiselle is an expression of love; for herself and her lover. Today, Valentine’s day 2017, is a celebration of all expressions of love in your life. What does Love inspire you? Love is a touch of light in every kind of relationships. Love means a special and strong feeling from within, genuine sincerity, a bubblebath, and the Adele’s Grammy speech to Beyoncé.

Dive into a romantic world with this Piaget editorial that we shot in the magnificent Westin hotel in Paris. Just like a signature look, a dress becomes a continuity of who we are, a symbol of confidence and a tool for seduction. The Mademoiselle is expressing herself in the most feminine and seductive Valentine’s look by wearing rubies and diamonds from Piaget 2017 high jewelry collection. The idea behind this photoshoot is a lady waiting for her lover to take her to the ball, to the point that the dress becomes an extension of her own feelings: longing, romance, passion and infatuation. Cause ladies, don’t we all get butterflies in our stomach if the man you love looks at you with admiration? Yes. We do. There is nothing more empowering than this power of seduction.

The perfect Valentine’s Day setting is just a cozy atmosphere, with red wine and chocolates for the intimate celebration. He is waltzing his glass to make the wine elegantly undulate, while having an intense conversation with you. The chocolate is melting softly on your tongue, romantic music is playing in the background and you want this simple moment to last forever. You spend the night looking at each other in the eyes and seeing that sparkle, and it was not the candle, but your intense and deep love for each other. Love is all about the little things….
They lived happily ever after.
