Gisou, a bee-based haircare brand by Negin Mirsalehi, collaborates with Parisian patisserie Angelina Paris celebrating the binding nature of honey at the pop-up boutique exclusively for three days during Paris Fashion Week. The Fashion queen who grew up in a beekeeping family infuses the finest natural ingredients into her natural haircare brand Gisou, which was launched in 2015. I was very honored to be invited to this Gisou event and be able to meet Negin Mirsalehi in the iconic French salon de thé for the launch of the “Gisou Éclair”.
Gisou is sulfate-free and paraben-free, blended with nourished honey and propolis exclusively made from the Mirsalehi bee garden. The products they have created can be used in multiple ways to pre-style, nourish, rebuild and strengthen your hair. I was honored to try and know more about the amazing haircare products on that event. And what impressed me most was that the high-end and feminine identity of the brand was embodied through all the refined packaging, perfectly matching the aesthetics of Angelina Paris. You can find all the Gisou haircare products displayed with honey jars, golden hives and pretty flowers on the vintage shelves at Angelina Boutique.
Opened in 1903, Angelina Paris is well-known as one of the best tea room in Paris and has built a reputation as a place of sophistication and indulgence for over a century. For the collaboration with Gisou, Christophe Appert, the pastry chef of Angelina Paris launched a special éclair, made with the honey from the Mirsalehi bee garden. With Gisou’s natural honey, the éclair tastes fresh, soft and delicate, with delicious appeal and full-bodied Parisian flavor.
If you are a honey product lover, you should come and visit this pop-up Gisou boutique until September 28th included at Angelina Paris (226 Rue de Rivoli), discovering the story of Gisou and tasting the amazing “Éclair de Miel”.
