Paris Fashion Week 2022

This week was Paris Fashion Week - the top event where celebrities, buyers and journalists from the whole world come for one week to see the new brands’ collections. I love this time of the year because of the sparkle of joy it brings into Paris. The city becomes hectic, busy, luminous and eventful. It is also the occasion for me to wear the pieces of my collection which makes me feel proud since they are being appreciated on the red carpets. I was lucky enough to be invited to Elie Saab fashion show where I wore a light pink look from my upcoming collection.

The next day I attended a private fitting at Zuhair Murad where I tried a very sexy wedding dress. Can you feel my love for Lebanese designers ? Later, I made a quick stop at Alexandre Vauthier show, a designer I hold dear to my heart since I used to work for him 10 years ago when I was still a fashion student eagerly seeking for a internship in a Parisian house. How time flies ! I wore a very special design : a custom-made wool coat embroidered by hand with Perle, my papillon dog, designed in cut-out pieces of wool and beaded leather. I had the great pleasure of meeting Miss France/Miss Universe 2017 Iris Mittenaere who I proudly paused next to with my custom-made piece !

I also attended a series of presentations at Crillon hotel, wearing a total hot pink look made of Angora wool from my upcoming collection. I saw later that Valentino made a whole collection from this same hot pink hue. It will be the hottest trend of 2022 ! And on top of that, I was a guest of the Chopard jewellery presentation, which led me later to the private dinner hosted by the great Caroline chopard herself ! For the occasion, I wore a very colorful cocktail dress made of a very fluid silk crepe, from my upcoming Sakina Paris collection. Enjoy the pictures !
