Discover our 2022 Spring/Summer collection
The collection celebrates the beauty of woman under her most glamourous expressions. It is an echo to the golden age of the Italian cinema. The dresses become the symbol of Italian feminity celebrated by the heroins of movie makers such as Rosselini, Fellini or De Sica, with a French twist as Sakina Paris remains a Parisian brand.
The 12 pieces reproduce the cut of the iconic dresses that have been adjusted to the codes of ready-to-wear. Our dresses are made in our Parisian atelier, and produced from local French fabrics that participate in the eco-friendly movement that is so dear to the house.
Graduated from L’École de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne, Sakina is a French designer who first built her technique at Chanel atelier, where she learnt the art of embroidery and the rigor of Haute Couture.
Afterwards, she entered Alexandre Vauthier atelier in 2015 and started a year of collaboration. Then she pursued her fashion career at Givenchy atelier as a pattern-maker for the ready-to-wear collections.
In January 2017, she founded her own fashion house Sakina Paris located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. Her style is a combination of French savoir-faire and affordable elegance.
